Biography
With a degree in Journalism, Bilal Baalbaki graduated from the Canada Law Society Special Program for Immigration Consultants.
He is a past member of the Board of Directors for Scouts Canada National Counsel and Past President of the Out-Reach Committee at Scouts Canada/United Way, as well as a founder of many Scouts groups across Canada. Bilal also has 23 years of Immigration and Business consultancy. He is a recipient of both the Governor General Award for the Medal of Merit serving Canadian Youth at Scouts Canada and the Order of Caribou Scouts Award.
